A'Pexi V-AFC MAP vs ATS

If the V-AFC makes corrections by modifying the MAP signal, and the relay and pressure switch on a JRSC install modifies the ATS signal, which one wins if the two are in competition with each other.

Let's say the MAP signal is telling the ECU to take fuel out, and the ATS signal is telling it to add fuel. Which one is? Is it possible to remove fuel with the V-AFC at WOT?

Can somebody also tell me which wire at the ECU is the VTM wire for a 96+ Integra GS-R?
